Hi Everyone,
I haven't posted much, deferring to those of you that have more experience, and have really learned from some of the posts. Dasher's story has been amazing to follow, and I wanted to share my treatment so far. If it helps even one person who is on the fence about homeopathy, does it work, the investment in time and money, etc. it's worth it.
The very first night after taking my first dose, I slept through the night for the first time in years!! This is my eighth week of treatment, and there have only been three nights that I have had any problem at all sleeping and it wasn't as bad as before. I have not slept through the night in years. I have not dreamed, or even had the vague recollection of having had a dream in 10-15 years, and I've had five dreams so far, clear enough to be able to write them down when I wake up. It's just so amazing.
My first period after starting the remedy was unbelievable. I've never been able to get through it without ibuprofen before, and I did. Without going into detail, every aspect of it was very much improved. In fact I have not needed an ibuprofen for anything since I've started.
I have a terrible itching in my ears that never lets up. It's so bad, that I scratch until they bleed, and then they swell shut and it's horrible. The itching is 90% better, and only one ear swelled one time since starting treatment. If you haven't lived with this on a daily basis, you can't imagine what a difference this is. It changes your whole outlook on life. Think about our poor dogs who itch and don't complain, can you imagine how much better their life would be without constant itching?
Many more physical things are happening and if anyone wants more info, just ask or email me. But even as amazing as all these things have been, I've still been waiting for the famous 'sense of well being' that I've heard about and wanted so much to experience. Guess what? It's happening. It is the most exciting thing of all. I got a 'cold', my period, a huge cyst on my tailbone (drained and gone in 24 hours; that has NEVER happened so quickly before), and you would think I'd be miserable - nope, I feel completely separated from it all, with the most awesome feeling of 'all is right with the world' that I have ever felt in my life.
So, can you afford homeopathy? How can you not? We live paycheck to paycheck, and if you only take that leap of faith, do your research, talk to others who feel confident about their homeopaths, listen to the people on this list, don't be stubborn and do it 'your way' when others outside of your situation see something so clearly and you don't, you can do nothing but benefit in all ways. My brain is full of ideas to make more money to pay for the rest of my family to have homeopathic care. When I was so busy itching and not sleeping and feeling terrible, how could I do anything to help myself or my family? The initial visit is the only big hurdle and if you want it you can have it. You don't have to go from homeopath to homeopath if you do your homework first. I took months before I made a choice so I only had to pay one initial consultation. If you aren't getting these results, don't keep throwing money away, step back assess, question, and research. You will take the best step forward that you have ever taken in your life.
